Last night at the Feltrinelli bookshop I presented the latest book by Fabio Cicolani, the trilogy ‘Le Magie di Omnia’. Young and very talented Cicolani writes a very particular story, with plenty of psychological references, where the Evil and the Good, embodied by imaginary characters have the emotional facets of human beings. The Evil is not always pure evil and even the Good can appear ambiguous. Omnia, where the story is set is a city with its own rules, money and even designers. An imaginary world that reminds me of the real one and sometimes looks alike, where the authour is a character in the story telling what is happening to the planet. Is a very insightful reading.
You must read between lines to understand fully the hidden meaning. What it is? I cannot tell but, trust me, every search bring to a result.
