Come promesso, ecco il nome della vincitrice della borsa di studio #Modartech dedicata ad Anna Monesi: si tratta della talentuosa diciannovenne Daria Locchi, residente a Sarzana. I suoi bozzetti propongono un mood romantico ed abiti con petali di rosa, Daria era anche fra le mie preferite :) 
Con questa bella notizia si è concluso il fashion blog tour a Pontedera, dove abbiamo fatto e visto tantissime cose. A partire da Violavinca, azienda di calzature luxury con la quale l’Istituto collabora: guidata da Massimo Pelagotti, ha in carico trenta dipendenti e produce per il 97% per il mercato estero, in particolare Russia e Cina. Una visita allo stabilimento ci ha permesso di capire i vari passaggi che portano alla realizzazione di una scarpa di qualità, il paio che vedete nella foto sono il risultato. Un’altra tappa verso la “conoscenza” l’abbiamo fatta a Bientina presso lo studio di Leo Novi, stilista, da tanti anni nel mondo della calzatura. Un pezzo di storia e di trasformazioni sociali che abbiamo potuto visualizzare grazie al suo grande archivio di scarpe interamente digitalizzato e messo a disposizione degli studenti di Modartech. Infine abbiamo scattato un po’ di foto al fantastico Museo Piaggio, azienda italiana produttrice della mitica Vespa. Storie di felice imprenditoria, che fanno bene in questi tempi duri. Dove la forza e la preparazione non sono un optional del motorino.

As promised here is the name of the winner of the Modartech scholarship dedicated to Anna Monesi, it is the talented nineteen year old Daria Locchi, a resident of Sarzana. Her sketches were about a romantic mood and dresses with rose petals, and they were among my favorite:) With this good news it ended the fashion blog tour in Pontedera, where we have done and seen many things. From Violavinca, footwear company with which the Institute collaborates: led by Massimo Pelagotti is in charge of thirty employees and produces 97% of the footwear destined to the foreign market, in particular Russia and China. A visit to the company has allowed us to understand the various steps that lead to the creation of a quality shoe, the pair in the picture is the result. Another step towards the “knowledge” was taken inBientina in the office of Leo Novi, stylist who worked for years in the footwear world. A piece of history that has revived through its large archive of shoes fully digitized and made available to Modartech students. Finally we took a bit ‘of photos in the fantastic Museo Piaggio, the Italian manufacturer of the legendary Vespa. Stories of happy entrepreneurs, who do well in these hard times. Where the strength and preparation
