NEVER WITHOUT MOLESKINE

The first thing I say during my creative writing courses is to start using a notebook, beloved and best friend of every writer. Bruce Chatwin, Simone de Beauvoir, Cesare Pavese, Anais Nin and Lalla Romano had one, and they all turned their diaries into books. My favorite are Moleskine notebook. Their empty and blank pages make you want to write your thoughts. Maybe one day they’ll became important not only for you but also for others. Maybe someone will decide to stay home one evening, to put his iPad away in a drawer and to start feeling the same way you felt one day with the rain pouring outside.

I miei preferiti restano i Moleskine.
